In 1988 I became a full time artist while living in London. Exhibitions in London and Madrid. I also studied traditional methods and materials in oil painting in a weekly master class, as well as taking a degree at London University in Art History.

In 1999 I moved back to Devon, where I had studied art in my twenties at Exeter and Dartington. The move precipitated a shift in subject matter to landscape, beach scenes and the sky.

The figure has begun to re-emerge in my pictures, whether in crowds, or as dancers in studio interiors or alone in a certain light.
