I attended Hastings College of Arts and Technology as a mature student. My main body of work started approximately fifteen years ago. I have always been attracted to organic shapes and colours.
 
I enjoy searching for damaged small pieces of silver and jewellery that can be recycled, cut up and made into something completely different. I do have to use new silver as well, especially earring wires ect.

I find silver a wonderful material to work with. It has a very warm quality.
I like to use glass enamel on some of my work to recreate some of the organic colours created by nature. I also make beautiful necklace’s using semi precious stones.
