I have worked for many years as a professional potter producing decorated functional and individual stoneware pots.  I returned to painting in 2004 working mainly with oil paints. Recently I have been combining my painting with ceramics. With my knowledge of glazes I decorate clay slabs and tiles, using wax resist and sgrafitti techniques to produce a painterly effect. I am inspired by oriental and primitive patterns and work from the imagination.

My pots sell mainly from my studio and the Devon Guild of Craftsmen. My paintings sell through the Russell Gallery, London and other London Exhibitions.
