The black and white drawings reveal a bizarre world in which humans, animals and otherworldly creatures mingle, where the surreal meets the ordinary as their strange relationships unfold.

I have started colouring some of the drawings on the computer which is a technique I use when I illustrate children's books.

At last years open studios I exhibited some figures made out of felt and other materials alongside my drawings. This year I am creating scenes in boxes in which the figures seemingly come alive as if they were actors on a stage.
