‘I am constantly trying to translate emotion and memory into my work.  I am captured by the past, both other people’s and my own. I want to distil the memory and experience, so it can be drawn on again.

My aim is to expose emotion through the medium of ‘art’.  I want the viewer to go into their memory banks and preserve/reflect on the images they experience’ 

Christine has worked for many years as a portrait, art, and costume photographer.  She trained in Dublin with a top fashion photographer.  Christine has always liked to combine her love of all things ‘past’ with new styles and expressions.  She is a people photographer but in all mediums she is pushing to capture the stillness, that special moment when the sitter and subject becomes relaxed, when the image falls into place and that certain something is captured forever.
